is the same songs and very similar moves, but a litte bigger,
a litte more effort, a little bit more skill. The cardio is a bit more and
we might do a bit of jumping. You can always step with one foot instead of jumping.
Start with easy class and then later in the day, do medium class. Or wait
for tomorrow and do the new medium class.
The rule is 'have fun', keep it easy and come back another day. Always feel free to modify anything that is too much or is something you
just dislike!

You use a ticket to play a paid class. You can play the easy or medium class
whenever you like until 3am your local time.
A class is 5 songs. Each song has its own routine.
Usually, one or two songs change between classes.
So you have about 5 replays to practice the routines for each song.
There are several dozen different warmup, cardio, floor, dance, cooldown songs and routines.
We mix them up for new classes.
We continually add new songs and routines. The more users we have, the more instructors we can work with
to provide more songs, variety and fun!
Important: cookies need to stay enabled.

Pick a paid class:
When you use a ticket, you can take the paid class until it ends
at o'dark thirty. The status line shows the end time.
Before it ends, take the class
once, twice, three times (show-off). Just do the easy or the medium or easy then the medium.
Its up to you.
When it ends and you use another ticket, a new class is created. One or two
songs will change. This means you get several days with most songs to get some practice with them
before swapping for a new songs.

maybe mildly distracting.
If you dislike exercise, these might be silly enuf to change your mind.
No big demands in effort, time, skill. They

You need to be at least 12 years old or take these classes with an adult who is supervising you.
Make sure these workouts are a good fit for your ability and goals.
There are free classes you can watch first and review before moving with them.
