Try a class! They are simple and only about 15 minutes long.
For a low intensity class you are able to stand and move about. We don't jump and run much and
do so lightly.
We keep the arm swings lower. Balance challenges are less.
A medium class
is the same songs and very similar moves, but a litte bigger,
a litte more effort, a little bit more skill. The cardio is a bit more and
we do jump. You can always step with one foot instead of jumping.
Start with low intensity class and then, maybe later in the day, do medium class. Or wait
for tomorrow and do the new low or the medium class.
The rule is 'have fun', keep it easy, and come back another day. Always feel free to modify anything that is too much or is something you
just dislike!

There are about 90 (as of 4/2026) different warmup, cardio, floor, dance, cooldown songs at low and medium
intensity.
When we make a new class for you, we choose from the 90 to replace 1 or 2 songs from your last class.
We continue to add new songs. The more users we have, the more instructors we can work with
to provide more songs, variety and fun!

Picking a paid class:
When you use a ticket, you can take the paid class until it ends
at o'dark thirty. The status line shows the end time.
Before it ends, take the class
once, twice, three times (show-off). Maybe do the low and later in the day, the medium.
Its up to you.
When it ends and you use another ticket, a new class is created. One or two
songs will change. This means you get several days with each song to get some practice with them
before they are changed for a new song.
